Happy Thursday. I am finally on the mend after having the flu for the last week. For the first time in days, I finally feel somewhat like myself again. My teachers and bosses have been so understanding and supportive and I am so appreciative of that. The flu is always serious, but I can't get over how many people are catching it in Raleigh. In addition to the flu, there are tons of other stuff going around too. I send my love and prayers to anyone that gets sick this season and to sum up the last week, I was the worst sick person ever. I'm not a soup kind of girl any day of the year, all I wanted was chocolate and cheese while being ill.

Spring transition can be a tricky time of year to pick out what to wear. You still want to dress to stay warm, but keep up with the changing trends and looks. A great spring transition tip is to incorporate bright colors in to your wardrobe. My hot pink sweater is weather appropriate, while also being trendy for spring. My previous blog post would also be a great transition look with the bring sweater and low cut booties. I've linked similar sweaters to my own above. I think with the transition from season to season, the key is to incorporate and blend different trends slowly. I've also linked similar booties! My leopard print booties were one of my favorite purchases this year and all the pairs I linked are on sale.
